Ghost Hand #1 Is part of my Traces collection. I took the photograph in Thongsbridge, West Yorkshire in January 2026.
As in many West Yorkshire towns, old mills have been adopted by small business. In Thongsbridge, the mill complex is home to small engineering workshops, a pet supplies shop, a fitness studio. There are hidden corners and one of these revealed a body repair shop where I found this hand.
